All the individuals registered with NADRA and all Private limited companies, SMCs, AOPs registered with SECP can buy the apartment.
6. How to book an apartment?
​It’s an easy process. Simply walk-in the site office in F-10 and the Sales Team will guide you all the way.
7. What is the total area of the project?
It’s around 22 Kanals or 11750 sq. yrds.
8. What is the height of both towers of The Garden Residence?
​Tower AB has total 27 and Tower C has 36 floors.
9. How many types of apartments are you offering?
We are offering one, two and three bed apartments, duplex and penthouses. One bed consists of sizes between 1028-1160 sqfts, two bed is 1603-2148 sqfts and three bed is 2830 to 3322 sqfts.

​Yes, instalments plans based on delivery timelines are available.
​11. What is the tentative delivery timeline of the project?
​ It’s Q4 of 2027.
12. In which condition you’ll hand over apartments?
Apartments will be in Semi furnished form with appliances like HVAC, fire alarm/firefighting system, hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, boiler, laundry machine etc installed in the apartment.
13. Is the building insured?
Yes, it will be insured under all risk policies.
14. What is the maintenance/CAM charges?
Maintenance charges will be significantly less than the rest of the residential buildings in the vicinity due to its design and functionality.
15. What amenities are you offering in this project?

16. Do you provide electricity backup?
Yes, complete electricity backups will be provided via Gen-sets.
17. Are you offering a dedicated car parking space with the apartment?
Yes, one dedicated car parking with one and two bed apartments and 2 car parking with three bed apartments.
18. Are there any discounts available on these apartment purchases?
​ Yes, Buyers can get lucrative discounts on their new purchase from The Management Office.
19. Are these apartments available for purchase in open markets?
Yes, however, we encourage you to buy it from The Management office to ensure transparency and the best possible price.
​20. Can these apartments be listed on Airbnb?
No, Airbnb is not allowed due to community guidelines.
21. Who will manage the buildings after completion?
The Management will maintain both the building and the health club.
22. Do you have any arrangement for maids?
​Yes, we have Dormitories for one and two bed apartments. Three beds have their own maid room with washroom built in the apartment plan.
